Emergency Signage Guidelines

I will share the signage, items that are very useful at stations and onboard train for you to use during emergency. Holding sanction is important to avoid any circumstance of breaking. Instruction to hold the sanction are given to avoid injury. 

Hand grip must be hold for standing and electronic door map as guidance

Try to remain seated while the train is in motion. If you need to move while the train is in motion, please use handrails and nearest hand grip. Sometimes, there are reason for train apply emergency brakes


Electronic door maps are in place for accuracy of your destination. In addition for wheelchair, the safety belting also can be used besides wheelchair braking itself and please hold the nearest handle.

Lets talk to the station staffs or Control Centre if you have an emergency and let travel using public transport. Just pick up the yellow phone which is located at end of platform and speaks.

Best Tourist Attractions at KLCC LRT Relaxing Hours

One of important LRT station in Kuala Lumpur is KLCC station

Last posting regarding tourism, I was written about Masjid Jamek's area. There are many others places such as at KLCC LRT station you can explore. Just follow SOPs during this covid 19 pandemic as that is our routine and you have take care to yourself. It is a must you need to scan MySejahtera QR code, temperature scanning.

I see there are many videos uploaded on the route to LRT KLCC from various station. 

ENTRANCE # 1 -FROM SHOPPING MALL AVENUE K

From main road at Jalan Ampang (another pathway to mall and LRT) you shall see Avenue K (AK) signage first.

AK entrance where you need to pass this door and proceed until you see the escalator to concourse level. Before you boarding, better you explore around Avenue K, there are many food shops inside this shopping mall and other outlets

From upper level, you can see the pathway to LRT KLCC under ground station whereby there are concourse area located. If your travel by LRT, you need to exit the gates and the mall is just after it.

2021 Malaysian Budget Review For Rail and Construction Industry -Bandar Malaysia Property Development


Another good news for rail industry and construction in Malaysia for 2021?

Those mega projects included of Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR), which is expected to cost RM68bil, and the Mass Rapid Transit Line 3 or MRT3 (RM45bil) MRT3 Circle Line, which is announced on 27th October 2017 by PM Najib during budget speech for year 2018


Others are:

  1. Penang Transport Master Plan (RM18bil), 
  2. Serendah-Port Klang Rail Bypass (RM8.3bil), 
  3. Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System or RTS (RM3.16bil) and
  4. Phase 1 of the Pan Borneo Highway (RM600mil).


The introduction of Malaysia High Speed Rail (HSR)MHSR

It's very interesting that Bandar Malaysia developing based on the rail's connectivity plan. The property at surrounding HSR line will grow up and shall benefit Malaysia's economic for the long run  see

CGS-CIMB pointed out that these potential mega-projects were likely be part of the Economic Recovery Plan (ERP) and the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) - GCS-CIMB Research as quote by Malay Mail on 8th October 2020.

Norma Baru Pengguna LRT: Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd bersedia mematuhi SOP

Garisan merah panduan penjarakan sosial


Arahan kerajaan sejak 18 Mac lepas dalam usaha memutuskan rantaian penularan COVID-19 dalam negara itu bukan sahaja mengubah rutin harian semua pihak, malah buat kali pertama, kebiasaan sambutan Hari Raya turut bertukar sepenuhnya apabila budaya balik kampung mahupun jamuan rumah terbuka terpaksa dilupakan tahun ini.

Apabila Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin mengumumkan tempoh PKPB dilanjutkan, selama empat minggu lagi sehingga 9 Jun depan, ini menyebabkan pergerakan rentas negeri untuk pulang ke kampung menyambut Aidulfitri tahun 2020 tidak dibenarkan.
Kerajaan sebelum ini mengumumkan PKPB bermula 4 hingga 12 Mei bagi membolehkan sebahagian sektor ekonomi dan sosial dibuka secara terkawal dan mengenakan syarat ketat dalam perlaksanaannya. Ini memberikan cabaran kepada semua pihak terutama pengendali pengankutan awam yang secara umumnya telah beroperasi sepenuhnya.

Antara SOP dan langkah-langkah yang diperkenalkan:


Jarak penumpang 1 meter di dalam tren dan stesen. Pengguna perlu bijak dan mesti displin atau mengamalkan KENDIRI mengikut nasihat Menteri Kanan, Dato' Seri Ismail Sabri betapa KENDIRI PENTING untuk menjamin covid 19 tidak menular lagi.
Waktu puncak dilanjutkan dari jam 7 sehingga 11 pagi (9 pagi sebelum ini) dan 4 petang hingga 7 malam (5 hingga 7 malam sebelum ini)
Pemeriksaan suhu di pintu masuk (gates). Penumpang yang melebihi 37.5 (darjah celcius) tidak dibenarkan masuk
Pemakaian face mask adalah wajib untuk melindungi pengguna. Jadi kepada pengguna, perlu hadapi norma baru atau new norm dalam kehidupan seharian. Jika beratur panjang untuk keselamatan, apalah harga jika dibandingkan dengan nyawa kalian.

Jadual LRT, MRT, MRT dan Bas di Bawah Kendalian Prasarana Berhad.


Adakah LRT dan Bas Berfungsi seperti biasa?

Mulai esok 18 Mac 2020 perintah larangan berkuatkuasa dengan menggunakan akta-akta seperti di bawah;

  • Akta Pencegahan dan Pengawalan Penyakit Berjangkit 1998
  • Akta Polis 1967

Jadi kepada pengguna LRT, MRT dan bas tidak perlu bimbang dengan keadaan sekarang kerana pihak berkenaan telah mengeluarkan kenyataan seperti di bawah;

“Perkhidmatan tren LRT Laluan Kelana Jaya dan Laluan Ampang/Sri Petaling; MRT Laluan Sungai Buloh - Kajang, Laluan Monorel, Bas Rapid Transit Laluan Sunway dan perkhidmatan bas henti-henti Rapid KL, Rapid Penang, Rapid Kuantan, Rapid Kamunting dan Rapid Manjung akan bermula operasi seperti biasa dengan jadual kekerapan hari bekerja. Bagaimanapun, pemantauan akan dibuat kemudian untuk memastikan kesesuaian jadual kekerapan yang digunakan.

“Memandangkan perintah pergerakan terhad ini diarahkan buat pertama kali, kami perlu memastikan kekerapan yang sesuai kerana belum dapat memastikan jumlah penumpang yang akan menggunakan perkhidmatan kami pada hari esok dan sepanjang tempoh perintah pergerakan terhad ini,” kata Ketua Pegawai Operasi Kumpulan Prasarana (Operasi), Encik Muhammad Nizam Alias dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.


Jumlah Penumpang LRT Yang Jauh Menurun 



Tambah beliau, pihaknya akan mengadakan perbincangan dengan pihak Kementerian Pengangkutan khususnya Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat (APAD) sebelum apa jua keputusan diambil berhubung dengan kekerapan perjalanan tren dan bas kendalian Prasarana itu.
Encik Muhammad Nizam turut mengesahkan bahawa Pusat Konsesi Hab Bas Pasar Seni akan dibuka seperti biasa untuk kemudahan golongan Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU), pelajar dan warga emas mendapatkan diskaun 50 peratus untuk perjalanan mereka.
